This website (sasajewels.com) is owned and operated by SASA Enterprises LLC ("SASA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy — all incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our website or make a purchase. By using our site, you confirm you meet these requirements. Our website is not available to minors.
2. Use of Website
We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and use our website. You may not:
• Use our website for resale, commercial redistribution, or wholesale purchasing without written authorization
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our website
• Copy, reproduce, or reuse any content, images, or product listings without permission
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
Violations may result in immediate termination of your access.
3. Products & Material Disclosure (FTC Compliance)
SASA sells fashion jewelry in different material finishes. Each product's material composition is clearly disclosed on its product page. Our current collection consists of gold-plated brass pieces. Future collections may include gold-filled styles.
• Base metal: Brass (copper-zinc alloy)
• Current finish: 24K Gold electroplating (gold-plated brass) — additional finishes such as gold-filled may be offered in the future and will be clearly labeled on each product page
• Our products are NOT solid gold or gold vermeil unless explicitly stated on the product page. Gold-plated and gold-filled are different materials — gold-filled contains a legally required minimum layer of real gold bonded to a base metal, while gold-plated has a thinner electroplated layer. Each product page clearly identifies which type you are purchasing
• Plating wear over time is normal and expected — it is not a manufacturing defect
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colors and finish may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. We do not warrant that images are a perfect reproduction of the physical product.
4. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase — not a confirmed sale. Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other methods shown at checkout
• Sales tax is collected as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to cancel any order including those with pricing errors — you will be fully refunded
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
• To cancel an order, email fernando@sasajewels.com immediately — cancellations are only possible before the order is processed and shipped
5. Gift Cards
• Gift cards are issued in USD and redeemable only at sasajewels.com
• Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift cards do not expire
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
• We reserve the right to deactivate gift cards obtained through fraudulent means
6. Promotional & Discount Codes
• One code per order — codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Codes are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions do not apply to gift cards, shipping, or previously discounted items unless stated
• SASA reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without notice
7. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. User-Generated Content (Reviews & Photos)
By submitting a review, photo, or other content to our store, you grant SASA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on our website, social media, and in advertising.
You confirm the content is your own original work, does not infringe any third-party rights, and contains only truthful statements. SASA may remove any content at its discretion without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on sasajewels.com — including photos, logos, brand name, product designs, copy, and graphics — is the exclusive property of SASA Enterprises LLC and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SASA Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SASA Enterprises LLC, its members, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit to our store.
11. Dispute Resolution — Arbitration, Class Action Waiver & Jury Waiver
READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
11.1 Informal resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact fernando@sasajewels.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will engage in good faith for up to 30 days. Either party may proceed to arbitration if unresolved.
11.2 Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms, our products, or our website shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida, or by phone/video at your election. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
11.3 Class action waiver. YOU AND SASA AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY — NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
11.4 Jury trial waiver. TO THE EXTENT ANY CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT, BOTH PARTIES KNOWINGLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
11.5 Exceptions. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Either party may also bring individual claims in small claims court within its jurisdictional limits.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law provisions. Subject to Section 11, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Broward County, Florida.
13. General
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SASA.
Modifications. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
