SASA stands behind the quality of every piece. We offer a 6-month limited warranty from your delivery date against manufacturing defects, for the original purchaser only.
What Is Covered
- Broken clasps or closures defective upon first use
- Faulty chains or structural failures not caused by wear or mishandling
- Significant plating defects clearly present at the time of delivery — not from post-purchase wear
What Is Not Covered
- Tarnishing, fading, or color change from normal wear or exposure
- Damage from water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, sweat, or household cleaners
- Scratches or physical damage from impact or mishandling
- Normal wear and tear — gold plating naturally thins over time; this is expected and not a defect
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Loss or theft
- Repairs or modifications attempted by the customer or any third party
The material of each SASA piece is stated on its product page. Tarnishing or finish degradation from care neglect, chemical exposure, or extended wear is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered, regardless of material type.
How to Submit a Claim
Email fernando@sasajewels.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos. We review all claims within 5 business days. If confirmed, we offer a replacement of the same item (if available) or a full refund.
Warranty Shipping
If your claim is approved, SASA provides a prepaid return label. No deductions from your refund or replacement.
