Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST ship the same day; after that or on weekends/holidays, the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard $7 (5–8 days). Expedited $14 under $75, or $5 on orders $75+ (2–3 days). Free standard shipping on orders $75+.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free Standard Shipping on orders $75 or more, auto-applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Contiguous US only (48 states). No PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or territories.
How do I track my order?
Tracking email sent when order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for updates.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package.
Check around delivery area and with neighbors. Wait 24 hours, then contact the carrier. Reach out to us too.
I entered the wrong shipping address — can I fix it?
Email us immediately. We can only update before the order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, original packaging with tags. $10 flat return fee deducted from refund. View our shipping & returns policy.
How do I start a return?
Email fernando@sasajewels.com with order number and items to return. We send a prepaid label once approved.
Can I exchange an item?
No direct exchanges. Return original and place a new order. Exception: defective/damaged items replaced at no cost.
What items can't be returned?
Piercing earrings, studs under 6mm, Final Sale items, custom jewelry, gift cards. Standard earrings (hoops, drops, huggies, studs 6mm+) returnable if unworn.
How long does my refund take?
10 business days to original payment method. Or choose store credit for full value with no deductions — never expires.
My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?
Email us within 3 days with photos and order number. We'll replace or refund at no cost.
Materials & Care
What is SASA jewelry made of?
Material listed on each product page. Current collection: gold-plated (brass base, 24K electroplated finish). Future collections may include gold-filled, clearly labeled.
What's the difference between gold-plated and gold-filled?
Gold-plated: thin electroplated layer. Gold-filled: thicker, mechanically bonded — more durable. Each product page clearly states which type.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Gold plating naturally thins with wear — expected, not a defect. With care, pieces last 1–2+ years. View our care guide.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Remove before showering/swimming/working out. Apply products before jewelry. Wipe with soft cloth. Store individually. View our care guide.
Is my jewelry covered by a warranty?
6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. View our warranty policy.
Payments & Promotions
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other checkout methods. All prices in USD.
Can I combine discount codes?
One code per order. No stacking. Doesn't apply to gift cards, shipping, or discounted items.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Issued in USD, never expire, usable on any future order.
