Shipping policy

All SASA orders ship from our location in Florida within the contiguous United States (48 states).
Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST ship the same business day
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships
Note: During peak season (November through January), processing may take up to 4 business days.

Standard Shipping
◦ $7.00 flat rate
◦ FREE on orders of $75.00 or more (before tax, after discounts)
◦ Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping
◦ $14.00 on orders under $75.00
◦ $5.00 on orders of $75.00 or more
◦ Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment
Delivery estimates are approximate and exclude weekends and federal holidays. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping applies automatically to orders of $75.00 or more before tax and after discounts. Applies to Standard Shipping only.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination and order details. Once handed to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility.
Important Details
• All shipping fees are non-refundable
• We do not ship to PO Boxes — please provide a physical street address
• We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories
• We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time
• All items in your order ship together in one shipment from our Florida location
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving that email.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
SASA is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
• Check your mailbox, porch, front desk, and with neighbors
• Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day early
• Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim
• Email us at fernando@sasajewels.com — we will do our best to assist
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. SASA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Email fernando@sasajewels.com immediately if you catch an error — we can only make changes before the order is processed. If reshipping is required, additional shipping charges apply.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable or refused, we will contact you by email. Additional shipping charges apply to reship. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Out-of-Stock or Fulfillment Errors
If an item in your order is found unavailable at fulfillment, we will email you within 1 business day and issue a full refund for the affected item. The rest of your order ships normally. We will never substitute an item without your approval.
Holiday Shipping
During mid-November through early January, expect extended processing and delivery times. We recommend placing holiday orders at least 2 weeks in advance. SASA is not responsible for carrier delays during peak periods.
